A few years ago, the perfect opportunity arose for her to transition fully into medical aesthetics—her longtime passion. During this pivotal time, she was fortunate to be mentored by Dr. LanHuong Nguyen, a highly respected and leading expert in the field of Medical Aesthetics. With dedicated training and a natural talent for aesthetic artistry, Athena quickly became recognized as one of the top practitioners in Orange County.

Today, she proudly leads MedAesthetics Laser and Wellness, where her approach combines medical precision with aesthetic expertise to deliver natural, personalized results for every patient.

A member of The American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, she specializes in a variety of Laser and Radiofrequency services as well as being a skilled Aesthetic Injector, focusing on Botox and Dermal Fillers.

Dr. Maxwell Jen, MD, is a practicing regenerative aesthetics, anti-aging & wellness physician that holds the pivotal role of Medical Director at his own private clinic while also serving as the Medical Director of MedAesthetics Laser & Wellness. A triple board-certified physician, Dr. Jen has maintained an active medical practice since 2012 and continues to pursue his passion for regenerative aesthetic, anti-aging, & wellness medicine and the role that the latest medical technologies play in achieving the best patient results and outcomes.
