6. Refund and Return Policy

• Unopened retail products in saleable condition may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt/online return request.

• Refunds for unused packages or sessions may be considered at our discretion for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

• Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Inform us immediately of any discomfort, reactions, or concerns following your treatment.

• Treat staff and fellow clients with respect. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in service denial.

9. Photography and Documentation

• With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos for treatment tracking.

• These images may be used for marketing purposes.
